Handling inquiries and improvement ideas
When you submit an inquiry or improvement idea, we process your name, email address and message, together with any optional project details you provide. This information is used to handle the message, ask follow-up questions and assess suggestions. Project inquiry details may also be used to prepare a quote. Sending an improvement idea is not an order or a request for a quote. The message is stored in the service database, and an email notification is sent to the administrator.
Details to complete before final publication
The data controller's name and contact details; the legal basis for processing; retention periods and deletion practices; service providers and data locations; any international transfers; data subject rights and a contact channel for exercising them; and any use of cookies.
Do not use the form to send passwords, health information or other sensitive data.
